Our Wine
Our wine is crafted in the renowned Terrasses du Larzac region, nestled in the heart of the South of France – an area celebrated for its rich soils, Mediterranean climate, and centuries of winemaking tradition. We take pride in producing boutique, certified organic wine, carefully nurtured from vineyard to bottle. Smooth, refined, and beautifully balanced, our wine is designed to be savoured on its own or paired perfectly with a wide variety of dishes, from tender meats and fresh fish to an array of fine cheeses. Every glass offers a true taste of the South of France – elegant, authentic, and memorable.
Our Story
In 2012 Mike and Cathi Dillon along with a very skilful winemaker, invested in five hectares of 35/40 year old vines in the Languedoc region of the South of France with a view to making organic wine. Since then, they have been producing excellent top quality organic wine, which can be enjoyed at any time.
In the early years, the wines were sold to restaurants and wine shops in France with Cathi importing a small amount for family and friends. However, when restaurants in the UK became interested and demand grew locally, Cathi decided to import in volume.

At the heart of our wine lies a carefully curated selection of grape varietals, each chosen for its character and balance. Together they create the smooth, harmonious blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah which defines the spirit of the Terrasses Du Larzac
